Associated Kidney Specialists of the North Bay (AKSNB) was founded in 2015 by Dr. Nagarathna Manjappa with a clear and unwavering vision: to provide exceptional, patient-centered kidney care in the communities of Northern California's North Bay.

Over the past decade, the practice has grown steadily. We proudly serve patients from Napa, Vallejo, Clearlake, and the surrounding North Bay communities, seeing patients at three convenient office locations. Our reputation has been built on a foundation of clinical excellence, accessibility, and genuine compassion for every patient we treat.

At AKSNB, we believe that outstanding kidney care begins with listening.
