We accept most major insurance plans and welcome referrals from primary care physicians and specialists throughout Northern California.

Insurance Plans

We work with Medicare, Medi-Cal, Blue Shield, Anthem, Aetna, United Healthcare, and most major commercial plans. Please call us to verify your coverage.

How to Refer

Referring physicians can call our office at (707) 253-7005 or fax referral forms to (707) 253-7271. We aim to see urgent referrals within 24-48 hours.

New Patients

We are currently accepting new patients across all four counties we serve. Our team will help with insurance verification and scheduling during your first call.
